ARE 24K SUGAR BEAUTY EYELASHES CRUELTY FREE?

Our natural mink eyelashes are cruelty-free and hypo-allergenic. 

 

ARE YOUR LASHES REAL MINK FUR? 

Yes, our mink lashes are 100% natural mink fur so they have a beautiful natural shine and are super lightweight and very flexible, giving a feather-like, wispy look. 

 

CAN THE LASHES BE REUSED?

All of our lashes can be reused (15-20 times) with proper care. Please refer to your care card once you receIve your order. 

  

ARE ALL THE LASH BANDS ONE SIZE?

All of the lash bands are one size. Use scissors to customize the lash band to your eyes. 

 

WILL THE FALSE EYELASHES HARM MY REAL LASHES?

False eyelashes will not remove your real eyelash if applied and removed correctly.  

 

WHAT ARE YOUR LIP GLOSSES MADE WITH?

Please read product descriptions.  All ingredients are listed for hand-made products. It is recommended that you test products on small areas of skin if you are concerned about any reactions. 24K Sugar Beauty is not responsible for any allergic reactions or issues that may occur.  

 

DO YOU USE ALL NATURAL INGREDIENTS?

Our hand made products are made with natural and simple ingredients.  We list every ingredient for every product so that you are knowledgable about your purchase and what is contained therein.

 

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED SHELF LIFE FOR HAND-MADE PRODUCTS? 

24K Sugar Beauty recommends that hand-made products be used within 6 months for best results.  We will specify when certain products exceed this timeframe.  

 

SHIPPING 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 3 days (weekends not included) for processing. Shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS First Class Mail. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours please reach out to our support team at info@24KSugar.com

 

I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS? WHAT DO I DO? 

If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at info@24KSugar.com within 24 hours of purchase.
if a tracking number has already been provided the package will be rerouted back to us. If a package is returned back to us the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping cost within 48 hours a refund for the lashes ONLY will be issued.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once a tracking number has been issued and delivery confirmed. Please contact your local post office for resolution.

 

CAN I USE P.O BOX FOR SHIPPING?

A p.o box is an acceptable shipping address. 

 

 

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately due to health reasons all sales are final! There will be no return or exchange under any circumstances due to hygiene purposes for the following:      

WORN LASHES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NO EXCEPTIONS!

USED LIP GLOSSES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NO EXCEPTIONS! 

However, because we do value you as our customer and we want you to be completely satisfied; in the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

PRE-ORDERS

What is a preorder?

  • A preorder is something that is currently not in stock, but we are allowing orders before they arrive to our warehouse.
  • These are typically very popular items! 

Why offer preorders?

  • We want to make sure we order enough items. We are constantly growing and selling more products than before. We only list preorders on VERY popular items or items that we are restocking.

When will I be charged?

  • We will charge your card at the time of purchase, so that we may hold the item for you.

How long do preorders take?

  • Each one is different and we give an estimated date on the description of the item.
  • Please understand that sometimes preorders can take longer than our estimated arrival time due to delays that are out of our control. We work very hard to deliver by the date you expect. 
  • Furthermore, many orders do come in well before the estimated date. Keep in mind the date listed is estimated.
  • If you need an item by a certain date, we suggest letting us know, so if the date does get changed, we can inform you.
